Popular socialite, Charly Boy real names Charles Oputa, was recently photographed ‘pressing’ the backside of popular actress, Tonto Dikeh.
The actress was sitting on a bike when Charly boy approached from behind and laid his hands on her behind. He then proceeded to say a very hilarious prayer.
