An inferno has gulped shops and property worth millions of Naira at the popular Ladipo auto-spare parts Market in Lagos.
According to Mr Ibrahim Farinloye, NEMA Acting Zonal Coordinator, South West Zonal Office, the fire started about 4a.m. on Wednesday. Shops containing vehicle air conditioners, engine oil, paints and other car accessories were consumed by the fire.
Farinloye disclosed that because most of the the accessories were inflammable, fire fighters had hectic time putting out the fire.
He said that no one was trapped or died in the incident. Photos below;
