100-floor Audacity Skyline project to launch soon in Lagos

The Landwey Investment Limited is ready to tackle the housing deficit in Nigeria with the Audacity Skyline project.

The real estate firm will build a 100-floor mixed-use high-rise, standing on 3,500 square meters of land in Eko Atlantic City, Lagos. The project will be set in motion in August 2022 and is expected to finish in two years.

“The issue of housing deficit has been growing from bad to worse and successive governments from the time of Nigeria’s independence 61 years ago have been grappling with this problem,” commented the Chief Executive Officer of Landwey, Olawale Ayelara.

“With the policies, organizations, and regulations. which the Nigerian government has put in place since independence in1960, there is still a shortage of housing, especially for the low-income segment of the society,” he added.

Ayelara considers the housing sector as an important sector to stimulate economic growth, as seen in most developed countries.

However, access to affordable housing has “largely remained an unfulfilled dream to the vast majority, especially those in the middle and lower classes.” The project aims to be part of the solution.

“We are glad to take this step along with Eko Atlantic City towards the infrastructural development of Lagos, and now I am confident that this will be one step out of many to come,” added Ayelara.

The project is set to be an architectural masterpiece, featuring “tastefully finished residential with pent-houses, commercial spaces, and multi-level parking designated area.”
