A supporter of the Labour Party 2023 Presidential Candidate, Peter Obi has threatened to shoot anyone who votes for Atiku Abubakar or Bola Ahmed Tinubu in the upcoming polls.
The yet-to-be-indentified young man was seen in a now viral video brandishing a large pistol. After cocking the handgun, the young man said he did that to prove it was a real firearm.
He said; “I go reach polling unit see men dey vote for Atiku or Tinubu. How far? Una go understand. If you know say you no go vote Peter Obi, no come out…no come out.”
“Shebi you dey see am (I think you are seeing it)”, he threatened as he lifted the large weapon.
Atiku Abubakar is a former vice president and current 2023 Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP while Tinubu is the Presidential Candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC.
The video generated mixed reactions as several social media users called on Security agencies to launch an Investigation into the matter.
