Second Republic Governor of Kaduna State, Alhaji Abulkadir Balarabe Musa has supported the call fo the next President to come from the South East region of the country.
Speaking to reporters on Friday in Kaduna, Musa noted that for the sake of fairness, peace, justice and national unity, the Igbos should produce the next presidency in 2023.
He tasked the region to work hard and convince other parts of the country to accept its candidate for the presidency come 2023. Musa also asked the Igbos have to work hard for power and convince people because it is a matter of numbers.
He said, “I stand by what I’ve said, that the Presidency should go to the South East, for the sake of peace, national unity and justice. I’ve talked quite a lot about that, I don’t need to say anymore”.
