2023: Tinubu’s Political base has Completely Collapsed – Farooq Kperogi opens up

Popular Social Critic and Political Commentator, Farooq Kperogi has stated that the political base of APC national leader and Former Governor of Lagos state, Bola Ahmed Tinubu has ‘completely collapsed’.

Kperogi, who is known for his political write-ups and opinion, made the statement on Twitter while reacting to recent bitter feud between Tinubu and the current minister of interior and Ex-osun governor, Rauf Aregebesola.

Kperogi wrote; “It appears like Tinubu’s previously impregnable political base has now totally collapsed. He has lost his mystique & is now openly challenged and even mocked by previous loyalists such as Rauf Aregbesola.”

“His inner circle is peopled by “traitors” who habitually leak unflattering info to the public about his health struggles. And his PR team is a crying disaster of ineptitude.”

“Well, every beginning has an end. I think this is the end for Tinubu, but it’s an embarrassing end.”

  1. Either you people like Tinubu or not, he is an achiever. He has succeeded more than any political jugarnult in Nigeria. This is only reason why you people hate him.

Take It or leave it Tinubu is our next President

  2. Shakespeare talked about the danger of being over ambitious. This makes people rush ahead of themselves in pursuit of unattainable goals. This leads them to disaster.

  3. There was a story about a farmer who hoarded crops to sell at inflated price during the next famine. Unfortunately the famine never happened. Prices collapsed. The farmer hanged himself.

  4. I think kperoghi often times gets ahead of himself in his wild and warped assertions.
What he fails to understand is there is never an “impregnable political base” because politics is an interest driven game.
Some times he should shut up and get busy with his brain as BAT understand that spoil spots like you would crawl out from their pathetic high horses to spew nonsense.

    1. The end of both groups.Watch out, it happened between Awolowo and Akintola.
The divide and rule of the hegemony is at work again.
The power of the crumbs from the table is the magic used to scatter the edifice built by Tinubu.
As things are,I forsee the beginning of the end. Both parties will end up being fatally injured.

  5. Please leave Asiwaju alone. However I will advise his wife to tell him the truth. Tinubu should voluntarily leave the political scene. The situation in the country is not conducive for him to participate in any election.

  6. Let tinubu publish his government college Ibadan certificate he submitted to inec in 1999 and 2003.olabode George said it is fake and government college Ibadan said tinubu never attend the college any day.

  7. It is true that every thing that has beginning must have an end. The back time no more godfatherism in Lagos soon. Nemesis is gently visiting baba jagaband.

  8. Tinubu should go home and rest he can’t be Nigerian president again, let him stop disturbing himself.

  9. This writer is simply myopic. APC’s policy is for the governor of each state to be the leaders in the state, status that Rauf himself enjoyed as a governor. God will keep him alive to see Oyetola sworn in for a second term.
