2023: Why I got fed up with Peter Obi – Reno Omokri

As the 2023 election approaches, Reno Omokri, a former aide to ex-President Goodluck Jonathan, on Monday said he got fed up with Peter Obi, presidential flagbearer of the Labour Party, because of the attitude of some of his followers.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that according to Omokri, the presidential hopeful telephoned him and he complained about some of his supporters. The former Anambra State governor then said the unruly supporters are sponsored by his political opponents.

“A lot of Obidients are impervious to reason. Why did I get fed up with Peter Obi? Because of some Obidients. He called me and I told him how some behave. He said that they are sponsored by his political enemies. Imagine that?”

Meanwhile, Obi on Saturday, visited the Abia State Governor, Okezie Ikpeazu, at his private residence at Umuobiakwa, a community in Obingwa Local Government Area (LGA) of the state.

On his arrival, Obi was received by Governor Ikpeazu.

Both had a closed-door meeting before a private breakfast session.

There were speculations that the LP candidate’s visit was to seek the support of Governor Ikpeazu for his 2023 presidential ambition.

But the governor’s spokesperson, Onyebuchi Ememanka, was quick to refute the speculations.

IT IS JUST THAT WITH THE WAY THINGS ARE BAD IN NIGERIA NOW, EVERYBODY IS NOT HAPPY. WE ARE LOOKING FOR A SOLUTION. THAT IS WHY WE ARE GUNNING FOR OBI LIKE THAT. DIDN”T YOU HEAR THAT NAIRA DEPRECIATED WITH 6.5% ON FRIDAY EVENING? SO, WE ARE NOT HAPPY REALLY.

  2. HIS POLITICAL OPPONENTS CAUSED HIS SUPPORTERS TO MISBEHAVE, THEY MUST BE GULLIBLE AMENABLE IDIOTS.

The typical OBIrodent mentality would never own up to menace of his recalcitrant hoodlums and cyber thugs.

WOULD HE EVER TAKE RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE ROTTEN EGGS AND BAD PRODUCTS HE COMMANDS?
