ADC Platform Strong Enough to Unseat APC, Rescue Nigeria — Malami Declares

Former Attorney General and Minister of Justice Abubakar Chika Malami has described the African Democratic Congress (ADC) as a strong coalition poised to rescue Nigeria and unseat the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) at all levels of governance.

In a statement issued by his media aide, Bello Doka, Malami expressed deep appreciation to his supporters in Kebbi State, noting that he remains resolute, unshaken, and determined in his ambition to reposition the state through the ballot box.

He said his return to Kebbi was met with overwhelming support despite what he described as sustained political persecution from the APC-led central government.

Malami reaffirmed his loyalty to ADC supporters and the party’s leadership in Kebbi State, stressing that he intends to rely on their backing in his bid for the state’s top seat.

“My homecoming is not ordinary but a clear message of an uncompromising quest for truth and rescue. In ADC, we have a formidable coalition capable of rescuing Nigeria and our state. I will remain undeterred and strong in the face of political persecution,” he said.

He added that the pursuit of fair and just governance requires courage and determination, noting that Nigeria is not beyond redemption.

“We believe in our country and have confidence in our widespread support. Together, we can rescue our people with no retreat, no surrender, ‘Babu Kudu Babu Ja Baya’,” he stated.

Malami also thanked various groups and political stakeholders for their support and encouragement during his homecoming.
