Hassan Adekunle, the spokesperson for the State Fire Service, confirmed the incident and revealed that a subsequent investigation pointed to a power surge as the trigger for the fire.
The Director of the State Fire Service, Prince Falade John Olumuyiwa, stressed the need for the public to prioritize safety knowledge and safeguards in their daily lives.
