Emotions run high as Wike visits Herbert Wigwe’s parents in Lagos [VIDEO]

The Minister of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Nyesom Wike, has visited the residence of the late CEO of Access Holdings Plc, Herbert Wigwe.

Wike paid tribute to the parents of the deceased CEO, Pastor Shyngle Wigwe and his wife, Stella Wigwe, expressing condolences over the passing of their son, his wife, and his son.

Wike was accompanied on the visit by the Minister of State for Petroleum, Heineken Lokpobiri,

Other notable figures present included businessman Aliko Dangote and former Group CEO of Access Bank, Aigboje Aig-Imoukhuede.

The tragic helicopter crash occurred while en route to Boulder City, Nevada, from Palm Springs, California.

United States authorities have initiated an investigation into the incident, as witness reports suggest that the crash happened during rainy conditions near the Nevada border in California.

Recall that Wike was the governor of Rivers when Wigwe commenced the construction of his university in the south-south state.
