The National Vice Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Southeast, Ijeomah Arodiogbu, has stated that the problems Nigerians face were caused by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
Speaking to Daily Sun, Arodiogbu stated that the PDP didn’t take advantage of its 16 years in power to better the lot of Nigerians.
His words: “This is a party that was in power for near 16 years and yet it couldn’t ensure that one refinery out of the four refineries was working even at sub-optimal levels.
“This is a party that failed in terms of security that by 2015, Boko Haram controlled the size of Belgium in terms of territory controlled by the terrorist group.
“How much arms did it procure for the Armed Forces, and what commitments did it as a party make to their basic welfare?
“This is a party that led to harness the windfalls of 2011-2014, a party that depreciated our foreign reserves and failed to save for Nigeria’s rainy day?
“Truth be told, the nation’s lingering problems are rooted in the PDP’s 16 years of mismanagement of our commonwealth.”
It’s unfortunate this man here Arodiogbu is talking nonsense, I should rather now tell him that since Nigeria entered into gbege and gbese we no dey hear from presidential spokesman Bayo Onanuga who earlier said Igbos are existential threat, Has he lost his voice because his children are now crying of hunger?, The Igbo tribe suffered and endured hunger during the war which though still killed millions of Biafran children, I think none of us can forget these kind of atrocities and how this starvation weapon was initiated. This Ijeomah should know where the problems of Nigeria started and how they should be resolved
