Bandits have launched an attack on Ushafa community in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
The attack took place on Thursday night around Zone A.
According to eyewitnesses, the bandits shot a man identified as Mr. Felix Chuks and abducted his entire family.
Locals revealed that attempts to reach the vigilantes during the attack were unsuccessful, as they were not responding to calls due to the intense gunfire.
The reason behind the killing of Mr. Chuks is still unclear, but sources suggest that he may have resisted the bandits, leading to him being killed.
This is not the first time the area has been targeted by bandits. A similar incident occurred a few months ago, resulting in the death of a man and the abduction of his pregnant wife and children. Unfortunately, no arrests have been made in connection with the previous attack.
The FCT police has yet to comment on the development.
