Dr. Ernest Afolabi Umakhihe, a former All Progressives Congress (APC) governorship aspirant and ex-Permanent Secretary of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, has lauded the election of Senator Monday Okpebholo, calling it a significant step toward a prosperous Edo State.
