Asari Dokubo, former Niger Delta warlord, has alleged that the minister in charge of the Federal Capital Territory, Nyesom Wike, has bought guns for his foot soldiers in Rivers state.
Dokubo made the allegation in a video he posted on social media on Saturday, October 5.
The former militant also stated that two helicopters were hovering around his residence on the orders of Wike, but threatened to shoot them down.
Wike, the immediate past governor of the state, has been having a running battle with Governor Sim Fubara.
Dokubo, 60, has openly backed Fubara repeatedly, who is from his Ijaw tribe.
He warned Wike to back off Rivers State, and chastised President Bola Tinubu for giving the FCT minister “undeserved powers.”
