Eid-el-Kabir: Tinubu’s Reforms Require Patience and Sacrifice — APC Chairman

The National Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Nentawe Yilwatda, has said that the ongoing reforms under President Bola Ahmed Tinubu require patience, understanding, and sacrifice from Nigerians.
In his Eid-el-Kabir message, signed by Abimbola Tooki, Special Adviser on Media and Information Strategy to the APC National Chairman, Yilwatda stated that the administration’s policies, though challenging, are essential for the country’s long-term economic stability and development.
He noted that the reforms are critical steps towards strengthening national institutions, restoring economic balance, and building a more sustainable future.
“While the reforms may require patience and shared sacrifice, they are necessary steps towards restoring economic stability, strengthening institutions and securing a brighter future for generations yet unborn,” he said.
Yilwatda emphasised that the success of the reforms depends on the cooperation and support of citizens, urging Nigerians to remain hopeful and committed despite current economic pressures.
He added that the administration is working to reposition the country for sustainable growth, improved infrastructure, enhanced security, and job creation.
“Under the leadership of President Tinubu, Nigeria will emerge stronger, more resilient and economically competitive among the comity of nations,” he stated.
He also called on Nigerians to use the Eid-el-Kabir celebration to pray for peace, unity, security, and progress in the country, as well as for wisdom and divine guidance for leaders at all levels.
