We reported earlier that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has issued an address to mark the third anniversary of his administration.

In the message, the president, who took over power in 2023, assured Nigerians that he believes in them and that their economic sacrifices have not been in vain, stating that the country’s economy has stabilized and is now moving forward.

The President addressed the severe hardships triggered by his signature economic overhauls, including the removal of the petrol subsidy and the floating of the naira. He maintained that while the measures placed immense financial pressure on families and businesses, they were tough but unavoidable choices needed to rescue the country from fiscal collapse.
