President Bola Tinubu has arrived in Nasarawa State for a one-day visit.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the presidential aircraft touched down at the Lafia Airport at about 1:55 pm Nigerian time.
Leading the welcome party was Nasarawa State Governor, Abdullahi Sule, alongside other top government officials.
President Tinubu’s itinerary includes the commissioning of several projects executed by the Sule administration as well as a town hall meeting with selected stakeholders from across the state.
Some governors from neighbouring states were also on hand to join the host in receiving the President.
Tinubu’s visit to Nasarawa comes just days after a similar official engagement in Kaduna State, where he was hosted by Governor Uba Sani.
