  1. I’m not trying to criticize or express envy, but what I’m saying, Mr. President, is that there’s no need to waste time on appointing northerners to your government. They are not supportive of you, and no matter what you do, they won’t appreciate it at this time because they are aware of the strategies and always want to be on top. This is similar to what Alhaji Atiku Abubakar did to our former president, Olusegun Obasanjo. If it weren’t for their lack of shame, would they be challenging this government? They seem to forget that it was their brother, the late President Muhammadu Buhari, who caused many of the current problems in this country—problems that stemmed from public harassment of democracy and a lack of respect for the judiciary and the legislature.
