The Senator representing Sokoto South Senatorial District at the National Assembly, Aminu Tambuwal has celebrated the 2023 presidential candidate for the Labour Party, Peter Obi.
Obi, a former governor of Anambra State clocked 64 years old on Saturday, July 19, 2025.
In a heartwarming birthday post, the former governor of Sokoto State described Obi as a politician who is grounded in integrity, discipline, and service.
He said Obi has taught leaders and the people of Nigeria to choose prudence over populism, compassion over convenience, and conscience over conformity.
In addition, Tambuwal noted that Obi’s committment to good governance inspires several individuals across party, religious and ethnic lines.
He further wished Obi good health and more impactful years of service in his lifetime.
