
The Nigeria Football Federation has officially released the starting lineup for the Super Falcons ahead of tonight’s Women’s Africa Cup of Nations (WAFCON) final against hosts Morocco at the Prince Moulay Abdellah Stadium in Rabat.
The match is set to kick off at 9:00 p.m. Nigerian time as the Super Falcons seeks to clinch a record-extending 10th continental title.
Chiamaka Nnadozie retains her place between the posts. In defence, Coach Randy Waldrum has named Osinachi Ohale, Ashleigh Plumptre, Oluwatosin Demehin and Michelle Alozie. The back four has remained largely unchanged throughout the tournament and has yet to concede a goal from open play.
The midfield will have Deborah Abiodun, Halimatu Ayinde, Rasheedat Ajibade, Veronica Chinwendu and Folashade Ijamilusi. Ajibade will captain the side.
Leading the attack is Esther Okoronkwo.

The Super Falcons booked their place in the final after a dramatic 2-1 victory over defending champions South Africa in the semi-final.
