The former Kaduna Central Senator, Shehu Sani has condemned the Federal Government for criticising state governments over lifting the ban on religious activities.
Mr Sani said the federal government failed to acknowledge the fact that they started the irregularities for opening malls.
“The FG that lifted their lockdown, opened their offices and malls in Abuja is attacking the states that opened their worship centers”, he wrote on Twitter on Friday.
Not pleased with Lagos State Government’s claim that it no longer have enough bed space for Coronavirus patients, Mr Sani questioned what happens to purported spaces being announced online always.
“They will say they are short of bed spaces for COVID-19 patients, and they will never show you hundred people in a ward at a time.”
This criticism is coming after Lagos Commissioner for Health Akin Abayomi, said mild cases of coronavirus will now be treated at home during a press briefing on Thursday.
“We will be concentrating on people with severe cases and isolating them while mild cases will be managed at home. Our attention is shifting to community-based isolation”, the commissioner said.
This followed the shortage of bed spaces at its Isolation Centres.

Senator Shehu Sani is known for his criticism against the government even when he was serving in the Senate as a member of the All Progressives Congress (APC).
