Former Labour Party presidential candidate, Peter Obi, on Thursday held a closed-door meeting with former President Goodluck Jonathan in Abuja.
Obi, who disclosed the visit in a post on his official X handle, described Jonathan as an “elder brother, statesman, and leader,” noting that their discussions centred on national issues and the state of the country.
Obi, who finished third in the last presidential election, is expected to run again in 2027.
Although he has expressed support for the African Democratic Congress (ADC), he has not formally resigned from the Labour Party or declared his membership of the ADC.

On the other hand, there have been calls for former President Goodluck Jonathan, who lost his re-election bid in 2015, to run again, although he has not commented on such.

If u ppl like, hold meeting one million times, nobody l repeat it again, nobody on hearth can unseat tinubu comes 2027 believe it either u like it or not
