Details Emerge as Atiku, Ex-Kaduna Governor El-Rufai Meet in Kaduna

Former Vice President Atiku Abubakar and former Kaduna State Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, met on Saturday evening in Kaduna.

Atiku, in a statement after the visit, said he paid a solidarity call on El-Rufai following the recent attack on him by thugs allegedly sponsored by the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) during the inauguration of the African Democratic Congress (ADC) in the state.

The former vice president described the actions of the APC under President Bola Tinubu as the “greatest risk to democracy since the return of civilian rule,” alleging that the administration had “turned into a full-blown dictatorship.”

He added that the meeting resolved to harmonise efforts towards rescuing Nigeria and providing what he called a “viable alternative platform” through the ADC.

In a video released after the meeting, El-Rufai also accused the Tinubu administration of running a dictatorship worse than military rule, urging Nigerians to unite to end the president’s tenure in 2027.

Both Atiku and El-Rufai are among opposition figures now working with the ADC as part of preparations ahead of the 2027 general elections.

  1. APC is the worst political party in Nigeria history. We the poor masses must vote them out come 2027 by the grace of God.

    1. Sorry, God don’t listen to evil prayers against his servants. President Tinubu is a manifestations of God’s will.

  2. Sorry, God don’t listen to evil prayers against his servants. President Tinubu is a manifestations of God’s will.

  3. Politicians are no longer ashame to lie. Atiku and El-Rufai talked about dictatorship and Atiku shamelessly mentioned President Tinubu name on the incident that happened in Kaduna state. That is the actions of a drowning man or else Atiku to say a president who was either in Abuja or abroad knew anything about suspected actions of alleged tugs. It is important to state clearly that under ex president Obasanjo and vice Atiku their were many assassinations and mass rigging of elections with the slogan “Go to Court. Obasanjo single handedly orchestrated the impeachment and removal of governors and in one hand used the efcc to hunt people he feels are hostile with his government and also tried to rape the constitution to give himself third term etc. Ex-President Jonathan used the court to unseat the appeal court president and refused to allow him return even when the judicial council cleared him of all the allegations against him. Ex- president Jonathan also used his power in collabo with other arms of government to remove the central bank governor, Sanusi now an Emir of Kano. Under ex-President Jonathan the minister of petroleum refused to comply to invitations by the national assembly saying except the president authorised her but, president Jonathan kept quiet. The same minister of petroleum, Dieziani Madueke led the biggest corruption heist under President Jonathan to bribe inec officials in the federal and states to help President Jonathan and Pdp rig 2015 presidential elections but, President Jonathan lost to ex-President Buhari. This prompted ex-President Jonathan to tell the whole world to know that he was betrayed by his party chieftains most of them northern politicians. Billions of naira were also signed to Col.Dasuki in pretence that they wanted to purchased arms only to be shared among loyal political chieftains across party lines to mention a few. It is also on record that Obasanjo daughter lose a senatorial elections but a dictator president ordered that the ticket must be given to her daughter, Iyabo though, her daughter rejected it, resigned from Pdp and politics and went back to United States of America. Funny enough, recently a dictator, president Obasanjo told the whole that if he happen to be in power he will not allow Bishop Mathew Kuka come close to him for reasons best known to him. These are the new saints who went to ex-President Jonathan’s Foundation in Ghana to lecture Nigerians and the whole world politics of development and performance and free and fair elections and those who failed to perform to be voted out. The records are there, what were their performance within two years in office.
To cap it up, the performance of president Tinubu as a governor speaks volumes of his achievements and as a President , Tinubu administrations in the last two years have achieved so much that some of the world best economists in the likes of Okonjo -Iweala, governor of Anambra state, Soludo and agencies across the world has spoken on President Tinubu reforms and policies and it’s progressive performance in GDP, agriculture, power,
infrastructures, oil and gas, education etc, to mention a few. It is therefore with hope, I sincerely call on Nigerians to come out and vote for our lovely President Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu in 2027 presidential elections. On President Tinubu Mandate we stand, 4+4=8.
