A Federal High Court in Abuja has convicted Nnamdi Kanu, leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), on all offences outlined in the seven-count terrorism charge.
Justice James Omotosho, delivering his ongoing judgment in Kanu’s trial, found him guilty on all counts brought by the Department of State Services (DSS).
The judge stated that the prosecution had led sufficient credible evidence to establish its case against Kanu.
He further explained that the court had no option but to accept the prosecution’s evidence, noting that the defendant refused to enter a defence and instead chose to rest his case entirely on the prosecution’s submissions.
Justice Omotosho is continuing with the remaining part of the judgment.
You can see how the judiciary is destroying the country. I wonder which country this judiciary will lord over after destroying Nigeria
Just because he refuse to enter his defense that’s the reason this so called judge sentenced him. People that commits the real terrorism is walking freely, bandits are being set free and rehabilitated into the society. I pity this country cos politicians has really succeeded in finishing this country. By the time the poor masses understands that is our world against theirs, then we might start breathing in this country.
