President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on Friday received the Chinese Ambassador to Nigeria, His Excellency Mr. Yu Dunhai, along with other officials of the Chinese embassy, in a courtesy visit at the Presidential Villa, in Abuja.
The meeting, which was confirmed by the Special Adviser to President Bola Tinubu on Information and Strategy, Bayo Onanuga on X.
The meeting focused on strengthening bilateral relations between Nigeria and China.
As of the time of this report, the details of the discussions were not immediately disclosed.
President Tinubu has in recent months emphasised Nigeria’s commitment to fostering strong international partnerships to support national development goals.
