BREAKING: Nigeria’s Inflation Rate Drops to 14.45% in November

The National Bureau of Statistics (NBS) has reported that Nigeria’s headline inflation rate fell to 14.45 percent in November 2025.

According to the NBS report published on Monday, the Consumer Price Index (CPI) rose to 130.5 points in November from 128.9 points in October, marking a month-on-month increase of 1.6 points.

Despite this, the year-on-year headline inflation rate dropped to 14.45 percent, down from 16.05 percent in October 2025.

“The Consumer Price Index increased to 130.5 in November 2025, reflecting a 1.6-point rise from the previous month.

“The headline inflation rate eased to 14.45 percent in November, compared with 16.05 percent in October, indicating a 1.6 percentage point decline.

“The November 2025 headline inflation rate shows a reduction of 1.6 percent relative to October 2025,” the NBS concluded.
