The Peoples Democratic Party, PDP has confirmed the formal defection of the deputy governor of Ondo State, Agboola Ajayi.
The party made this known in a statement issued via its twitter page on Sunday. The PDP expressed happiness at Ajayi’s decision to join the party.
The Party wrote: “Breaking News! The Deputy Governor of Ondo state, Hon. Agboola Ajayi has resigned his membership of the failed @OfficialAPCNg.
“Hon. Agboola after his resignation, picked the @OfficialPDPNig membership card at Ward 2, Apoi, in Ese Odo Local Government Area of Ondo State.”
