An Election Petition Tribunal Sitting in Asaba, Delta State has sacked Senator James Manager of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP as Senator representing Delta South in the National Assembly.
Manager was sacked after a 3 man panel headed by Justice C.O Onyeabo announced that the election was marred with irregularities and ordered the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC to conduct fresh elections.
The panel also ordered INEC to withdraw Manager’s certificate of Return.
POLITICS NIGERIA earlier reported that Manager was dragged to the Tribunal by Former Delta State governor and APC chieftain, Dr Emmanuel Uduaghan after arguing that the election was rife with fraud and irregularities.
Inec should do the needful with immediate effect .
