The National Assembly Service Commission has sacked the clerk of the National Assembly, Alhaji Mohammed Sani-Omolori, alongside 149 others.
In a letter by the Commission on Wednesday, it said the Secretary of commission, Mr. Olusanya Ajakaiye, has also been relieved of his job.
According to the letter, the termination takes immediate effect, adding that the affected staff would receive their retirement letters soon.
POLITICS NIGERIA understands that any staff who has spent 35 years in service or has attained the age of 60 will be retired by the Commission.
