A frontline Ondo gubernatorial aspirant on the platform of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Ifeoluwa Oyedele has reportedly stepped down for the state governor, Rotimi Akeredolu.
POLITICS NIGERIA gathered that the development was announced shortly after both men emerged from a meeting in the Ondo state Government house on Sunday night.
It will be recalled that Akeredolu is currently vying for a second term as governor of Ondo state.
