A former Chairman of the Club Owners Association of Nigeria and ex-boss of Nigeria professional football clubside, Niger Tornadoes, Mallam Suleiman David has died.
David is an elder statesman, a footballer administrator, and one-time Chairman, Technical Committee of the Nigeria Football Association (NFA).

He retired from the state civil service as a director in the ministry of Commerce and Tourism three years ago after a successful 35 years of service.
