Former Presidential aide and Controversial social critic, Reno Omokri has stated that the Presidential Candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Bola Ahmed Tinubu will be the biggest beneficiary of Peter Obi’s campaign for President.
Omokri, in a series of recent tweets, disclosed that Tinubu was using media proxies to promote Obi in order to whittle down the chances/divide the votes of frontline opposition Presidential candidate, Atiku Abubakar. It can be recalled that Obi defected from the PDP to Labour party after he was denied the Presidential ticket.
He wrote; “The biggest beneficiary of Peter Obi’s Presidential race is Tinubu, not Obidients. Peter won’t affect APC’s votes. The votes he will likely get are votes that would have gone to PDP, including SE, some non Yoruba Lagos votes, and a few votes in peripheral states.”
“Tinubu is a master tactician. He knows Peter Obi cannot win. He knows that very little of Peter’s votes, if any at all, will come from him. He is aware that Peter is eating into the PDP’s votes. So, he will promote Obi’s candidacy through proxies to deplete the PDP.”
“Hysteria has blinded the eyes of core Obidients. That uncontrollable emotion makes them blind to a lot of things. One of which is that the Yoruba have NEVER voted for a non Yoruba when a Yoruba is in the race. It does not matter whether or not they like the person.”
“The person who lured Peter Obi to Labour Party is close to me. He is a man I greatly admire. Peter may not know that this man and Tinubu are 5 and 6. I know this man well. I benefited from him. So I can’t mention his name. Even Obi does not know he is being used!”
“After 2023, if God spares my life, I will publish photos. Obidients don’t even know half of what’s happening behind the scene. They know you guys and counted on your hysteria. Tinubu’s hand may be shaking. But his cunning is intact! He’s just laughing in Bourdillon!”
