Peter Obi, presidential candidate of the Labour Party for the 2023 election, on Monday, said the party has not officially released its manifesto.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Obi’s clarification was in reaction to a draft copy of the Labour Party manifesto currently in circulation.
Asking people to ignore the supposed manifesto doing the rounds, Obi, a former governor of Anambra State, said that he will release the approved and final draft soon.
We have not formally released our Manifesto. I will do so personally. It seems an earlier draft copy under review has made its way into the public space. Until I release the approved and final draft, please disregard what is being circulated. -PO
