BREAKING: Top PDP Ex-Governor dumps Wike’s Camp, donates 20 buses to Atiku Campaign

A former governor of Gombe State, Ibrahim Hassan Dankwambo, has declared support for the Presidential Candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Atiku Abubakar.

Dankwambo is a known  political ally and strong supporter of Rivers State Governor Nyesom Wike, who contested and lost the PDP presidential ticket to Atiku.

It’s no longer news that the PDP has been engulfed in a serious crisis following the refusal of Wike and 4 other Governors to campaign for Atiku. They have been demanding the removal of the Party’s National Chairman, Iyorchia Ayu.

Dankwambo donated 20 buses to Atiku’s campaign. He announced the donation when Atiku visited Gombe for the PDP presidential campaign rally in the state.

The donation of the vehicles, many say, is evidence that Dankwambo has bought into the Atiku project.

While speaking at the Gombe Township Stadium, venue of the PDP presidential campaign, Dankwambo pledged to support Atiku to win the presidential election in 2023.

He described Atiku as the next “president of Nigeria.”

    1. Don’t mind them jare… They are Decieving themselves… Trying to make it look like the ex-governor was originally supporting Wike against atiku and then decided to switch sides
