2027: Atiku’s Son, Adamu Abubakar Officially Registers With ADC [PHOTO]

Adamu Abubakar, son of former Vice President Atiku Abubakar, has defected to the African Democratic Congress (ADC).

According to earlier reports, Adamu, a former commissioner in Adamawa State, resigned from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) on Thursday.

Just hours after announcing his resignation, he completed his online registration with the ADC — the same party where his father is seeking to contest the 2027 presidential election.

In a post on X on Thursday night, Adamu urged his supporters to join him in the new party.

He wrote: “I call on all my supporters and well-wishers to join me by registering with the ADC as we work together to advance the cause of good governance and national development.”
