The Special Assistant on Digital Communication to Nigeria’s President Muhammadu Buhari, Bashir Ahmad, has made fun of Peter Obi, the Labour Party’s presidential candidate, over his recent statement.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Obi had asserted that he must become Nigeria’s President and expressed confidence that he would assume the role.
This declaration was made during the unveiling of a book titled ‘Peter Obi: Many Voices, One Perspective’ in Awka, Anambra State.
However, in response, Ahmad referred to the LP candidate as a child who is the favorite of his father and who dreams of becoming President.
Tweeting, Ahmad wrote: “So, Daddy’s favourite son insisted that he MUST be the President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. We wish him sweet dreams.”
