The Nasarawa State House of Assembly finds itself embroiled in a leadership crisis that has resulted in the emergence of two speakers, intensifying the already mounting tension.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the immediate past speaker, Ibrahim Balarabe Abdullahi, and Mr. Daniel Ogah Ogazi representing Kokona East constituency have both staked their claim to the position of speaker amidst the ongoing turmoil.
Abdullahi was elected as speaker during a gathering held at the Ministry for Local Government and Chieftaincy Affairs, while Ogazi emerged victorious from the proceedings held at the State Assembly complex.
