On Thursday, June 15, the English Premier League announced the opening-day fixtures for the 2023/2024 football season.
The new season is expected to run from Saturday, August 12, 2023, to Sunday, May 19, 2024.
Premier League Champions Manchester City begin their title defence away at Burnley, with former Citizens captain Vincent Kompany as their manager.
The first runner-up, Arsenal, will welcome Nottingham Forest at the Emirates Stadium.
The big match of the opening weekend will be Chelsea versus Liverpool at Stamford Bridge, while Manchester United begin their campaign at home to Wolves.
