Nnamdi Kanu Demands End to Monday Sit-At-Homes, Citing Reasons

The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has called for an end to the Monday sit-at-homes in the southeastern region.

POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Kanu speaking through his lawyer, Mike Ozekhome (SAN), said he does not believe in the sit-at-home and that it is counterproductive.

He said that the sit-at-homes are crippling the social, economic, cultural, and political life of the people, and that they are putting the Igbo under psychological, physical, and mental torture.

I am now re-echoing again and again what Nnamdi Kanu told me,” He said.
