The Lagos State Commissioner of Police, Idowu Owohunwa, has inaugurated a special team of investigators to probe the circumstances surrounding the death of rising music star Ilerioluwa Oladimeji Aloba, popularly known as Mohbad.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that the inauguration took place on Monday, September 18, 2023, at the police headquarters in Ikeja.
Mohbad’s father, Mr. Joseph Aloba, was present at the ceremony.
The state police commissioner, Idowu Owohunwa, said the probe was necessary to get justice for the singer’s family and his fans.
He said: “Do not forget, we have unique access with INTERPOL. Everybody linked to it (the death of Mohbad) will be identified and they will be brought to establish their level of involvement.”
