FCT minister, Nyesom Wike, has opened up on his love for cooking adding that it is one of the things he enjoys doing aside overseeing the affairs of Nigeria’s capital city.
Wike disclosed this while responding to questions from journalists during a media chat at his office on Thursday, October 19.
The minister recalled how he welcomed his wife back from the United States where she had gone to give birth to their son with a meal he had specially prepared.
“I feel proud that I can cook and I’m happy when I eat it. I’m satisfied,” Wike said.
“When my wife had our first child in the United States [of America]; the day she came back, I welcomed my wife with okro and okazi soup,” the minister revealled.
Wike added that making his meals provides him the opportunity to know the right level of ingredients, especially seasonings, in his food.
