
Ali Ndume, the lawmaker representing Borno South Senatorial District has advised President Bola Tinubu to concentrate on three major issues affecting Nigerians.
Speaking on Channels Televisions Politics Today, Ndume who has been very critical of the present administration urged the president to declare a state of emergency on Nigeria’s economy and security.
Condemning the State of Emergency proclamation made by the president in Rivers State, the lawmaker said the president made a wrong move in addressing the political crisis that rocked the state.
He stated that Tinubu needs to forget everything and focus on three key issues of priority.
“Let the President forget about everything and concentrate on three things – security, the welfare of citizens and the economy.
“His attention should go there as number 1, then he should create a state of emergency in those areas,” the lawmaker said.
