APC Crisis: Why court adjourned Oshiomhole’s appeal indefinitely

The Court of Appeal in Abuja has adjourned an application filed by the national chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC), Adams Oshiomhole, over his suspension.

POLITICS NIGERIA reported how Mr Oshiomhole was suspended by an Abuja high court some weeks ago following allegations from his ward in Edo state.

Some of the party chieftains have condemned the actions by the pro-Obaseki faction of the party.

Also, the party’s national leader, Bola Tinubu threw his weight behind Oshiomhole on Sunday. He decried the ploys to remove the embattled Chairman.

Meanwhile, the court suspended Oshiomole’s appeal after the three member-panel meant to sit on the appeal said it was not ready.

The court clerk however mentioned that a new date would be communicated to parties in the matter.

  1. Adjournment is politically motivated to allow the coup planners to carry on their evil plan successfully and give way for illegality, period
