The case at the 2023 Presidential Election Tribunal, which involves Peter Obi, the Labour Party candidate, and Bola Tinubu, the declared President-elect from the All Progressives Congress (APC), has been adjourned.
POLITICS NIGERIA reports that Obi is contesting the electoral victory of Tinubu, as announced by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC). The tribunal, after the initial proceedings, has adjourned the case until Friday, May 19th, to continue with pre-hearing matters.
The adjournment prolongs the legal battle between the two political figures and heightens the suspense surrounding the final outcome of the case.
