A stalwart of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) in Bayelsa State, Comrade Atti Moses, has called on students from Ekeremor and Sagbama local government areas, to support the senatorial ambition of the immediate past governor of the state, Honourable Henry Seriake Dickson.
Moses made the call on Thursday while speaking to newsmen after his appointment as campaign director of students mobilization to the former governor.
In a statement by his media assistant, Reginald Tobin, Moses noted that Dickson’s representation in the senate will amount to educational progress in Bayelsa West senatorial district.
He said, “I am calling on students from Bayelsa west to key into this project because right from the campaigns to his successful election, the students will be part of it.
“All students from Ekeremor and Sagbama LGA will be properly represented and there will be a progression in our education.”
Moses while expressing gratitude for his appointment, described the former governor as a “mentor” whom he finds pleasure in serving.
“Dickson is my mentor, so serving him is always a pleasure to me,” Moses said.
He however advised students in the state to support the present administration of Governor Douye Diri by making meaningful impacts to bring development to the state.
