FIRST AND FOREMOST A CONTRADICTORY STATEMENT. KANO STATE MAY NEED TO CHANGE THIS COMISSIONER FOR GOOD EFFECT. DOUBLE SPEAK WILL NOT HELP THE SITUATION. IT IS A FORM OF DERELICTION OF DUTY.

Cholera is a function and resultant effect of bad hygiene practices. Shikeno!
