Controversial cross-dresser, Idris Okuneye, popularly known as Bobrisky, has departed Nigeria despite pending legal controversies.
The social media personality announced his departure on Instagram, boasting about travelling first-class.
“See you soon, Nigeria. This girl bought a first-class ticket three times; that’s over 30 million. Raise the bar for this girl,” he boasted.
The crossdresser, however, didn’t disclose his destination.
Bobrisky’s exit comes after a busy week, which saw him stopped and removed from an Amsterdam-bound KLM flight at Murtala Muhammed International Airport.
In an update on social media, he alleged to have sustained injuries during the incident. Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) then took Bobrisky in for questioning regarding claims of bribing officials with N15 million to dismiss money laundering charges. He denied the allegations in his confessional statement and was released on bail on Saturday.
