The All Progressives Congress (APC) has finally approved new dates for the earlier postponed Rivers State Chapter’s elective congresses.
A statement from the party’s national publicity secretary, Felix Morka, noted that the congresses are as follows:
1. Ward Congress – Saturday, November 16, 2024
2. LGA Congress – Saturday, November 23, 2024
3. State Congress – Saturday, November 30, 2024
Morka said the decision was reached at the meeting of the National Working Committee (NWC) held on Wednesday, October 23rd, 2024 at the Party’s National Secretariat in Abuja.
“Other schedule of activities related to the congresses will be announced in due course,” he added.
