The Court of Appeal, Abuja Division, has affirmed the election of Governor Bala Mohammed of Bauchi State.
This follows the appeal lodged by the All Progressives Congress (APC) and its candidate, Sadique Abubakar, challenging the March 18 gubernatorial election in the state.
A high-powered delegation from the Bauchi State Government, led by Deputy Governor Aueal Jatau, had arrived at the court’s complex on Friday morning.
