
Troops of Operation HADARIN DAJI have liberated 52 kidnap victims from the clutches of bandits in a planned operation.
The raid, conducted on December 22nd, targeted hideouts in Saruwa, Kubuta, Gundumi villages, and the Bunwanga Gundumi forest in Isa Local Government Area.
According to a statement posted on social media, the soldiers cleared the terrorist enclaves, neutralising several bandits in the process. Their efforts led to the liberation of 14 men, 32 women, and 6 children who had been held captive.
The rescued victims are currently undergoing medical checkups and receiving essential support. Following debriefing, they will be handed over to the appropriate authorities for a joyful reunion with their families, the statement added.
